Project Description:

Middle School students created light-up cards using Chibitronics LEDs and copper tape. Through this project, students demonstrate there understanding of electrical currents by engineering a card. Bonus points given for cards with a message that is electrical or energy-based.

Science:

Electrical circuits created using copper tape, 3-volt batteries, and sticker LEDs. Students have to use knowledge to create either parallel circuits or series circuits to make the LEDs light up.

ELA:

Students create a card that tells a story using words and an image.
